Who we are
Skyluxxe Concierge Travel (“Skyluxxe”, “we”, “us”) is a premium travel concierge based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We process personal data to respond to enquiries and deliver concierge services you request.
What we collect
Through our enquiry form and direct correspondence we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, travel preferences, and any information you choose to include in your message. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful bases
We process data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating a discreet concierge practice, and — where applicable — performance of a contract. For visitors in the European Economic Area, we comply with the GDPR. For clients in the UAE, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain a client relationship, then archived or deleted in line with our internal retention schedule. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and vetted partners under confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to concierge@skyluxxe.ae. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority where applicable.
International transfers
Because we coordinate travel globally, data may be processed in jurisdictions where our partners operate. We require appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
